1. The storage of the drilling rig should be moisture-proof and ventilated. Do not strike gears and screws during operation.
2. It is strictly forbidden to use a hand drill to avoid uneven force on the three palms of the drill and accelerate the damage of the drill.
3. In normal perforating operations, there will be no more serious air leakage in the main air passage of the air compressor to ensure sufficient airflow and pressure and prolong the service life of the drilling rig.
4. When the drill bit is in the hole and the air compressor suddenly stops working, the scum can easily enter the drill bit. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to rotate for a long time, causing bearing wear, repeated extrusion of scum (or drill accessories), and accelerated drill wear.
5. When the drill bit is in the well, it is strictly forbidden to reverse it to prevent the drill bit from falling into the well.
6. When drilling a new bit, first run it at low axial pressure and low speed for 20-30 minutes, then gradually increase to normal axial pressure.
7. When a new drill bit opens a new hole, care should be taken to remove debris (crushing, metal scrap, etc.) around the hole. When rotating, approach the ground vent slowly to protect the drill bit from shock, impact and damage.
8. The drill bit should be reasonably stored on the drill bit to prevent dust and other debris from entering the drill bit.
9. Before drilling, please check the appearance of each part of the drill bit, whether the end face of the threaded fastener of the extension rod is consistent with the manufacturer's serial number and certificate on the drill bit box, and whether there are sharp marks on the surface of the new tooth to prevent counterfeiting.
10. The perforating operation of the drilling rig must follow the matching principle of the three drilling elements (wind pressure, axial pressure, speed) and the recommended drilling parameters. For daily use of drill pipes, when working in different rock formations, different types of drill bits, axial pressure and speed should be selected according to lithological hardness and softness; when working in soft rock formations and replacing intermediate drill bits, the back palm and Alloy on old drill cone. Whether the teeth fall off from the bottom of the hole; when the old position is left in the hole, the new position should be strictly prohibited from being in the original hole; when the rock or rock crack caused by the explosion should be prohibited.
