Reasons for the decrease of the rock drilling speed of the hand-held rock drill

(1) Low working pressure
Calculate whether the compressed air pipeline is overloaded. If it is overloaded, reduce the number of working machines or reduce other gas-consuming work items according to the actual situation
(2) Air leakage in the pipeline
Check and replace the leaking pipeline and joints. The length of the gas pipe should be controlled between 10-15m. Check and replace the small diameter of the gas pipe and the gas pipe switch to avoid the decrease of pipeline pressure.
(3) Poor lubrication
The oil passage of the oil injector is blocked, and it should be cleaned and blown through with compressed air.
(4) Insufficient thrust of the air leg and poor expansion and contraction
Replace or reinstall the worn or loose air legs. The threaded connection between the frame body and the outer pipe is not tight, and the upper and lower air should be tightened. If the seal ring is damaged or lost, it should be replaced in time.
(5) Water pressure is higher than air pressure
This situation causes the pressure water to flow back into the machine and destroy the normal lubrication phenomenon. Pressure reduction measures must be taken, and the main parts that do not meet the standards must be replaced in time.
