How does the extension rod maintain verticality?
(1) When installing and using the extension drill rod, make sure that the wheel disc, base level, hoisting pulley rim, hole for fixing the drill pipe and the center of the steel casing are on a vertical line, and check regularly calibration.
(2) Because the extension drill rod is long, the upper end shakes too much when rotating. A guide frame must be installed on the drill frame, and the lifting faucet on the drill pipe must be controlled to drill along the guide frame.
(3) Inspect drill pipes and connectors one by one and make timely adjustments. If the drill pipe is actively bent and deformed, a hydraulic jack should be used to straighten it in time.
(4) When drilling into deviated soft or hard rock formations, the drill pipe should be lifted to control the footage and drill slowly.
(5) After using a hole tester to find out the specific position and deviation of the punching hole, generally speaking, you can hang the drill bit at the deflection and sweep the hole left and right repeatedly to make the punching hole straight and the deflection is serious. It is necessary to backfill soil, sand and clay to the deflection, and then continue drilling after the sedimentation is dense.
