1. Scope of application

2. Process principle

 

Static blasting is the use of static crushing agents to cut and crush concrete. Static crushing agent is a powdered construction material that can break rocks and concrete without using explosives. Its main component is quicklime (i.e. calcium oxide), and it also contains some compound catalysts mixed in a certain proportion. It is a new, environmentally friendly, non-explosive construction material popular internationally.

 

Static blasting is to use the static crushing agent installed in the medium borehole to add water to produce a hydration reaction, which causes the crushing agent crystals to deform and expand in volume, thereby slowly and quietly applying expansion pressure (up to 30MPa-50MPa, the maximum experimental value can reach 120MPa, and the tensile strength of concrete is generally 2-6MPa) to the hole wall. After a period of time (12-24h), it reaches the maximum value and breaks the medium.
